Dagmar Garbe currently serves as Global Account Manager at LESCHACO - Lexzau Scharbau GmbH & Co. KG since March 2023. Prior experience includes a position as Head of Customer Service and Sales at Neuromedex GmbH from January 2018 to March 2022, where responsibilities included team building, customer support, project management, process optimization, digitalization, and the introduction of Navision. Dagmar also underwent professional reorientation from February to December 2017 and previously held roles at Rhenus Logistics from April 2014 to January 2017, including Head of Route Development Air & Ocean Germany, focusing on trade lane development in Southeast Asia, and CCO Air & Ocean Germany, where Dagmar developed a sales organization and regional structure for air and ocean logistics across Germany, including National and Regional Key Account Management.
