Jessica T. is an experienced professional in volunteer coordination and community engagement, currently serving as the Coordonnatrice d’équipe at Les Petits Frères since December 2022. In this role, Jessica T. successfully recruits, integrates, and mobilizes over 100 volunteers while fostering relationships between volunteers and more than 130 clients. Previously, Jessica T. held the position of Coordonnatrice à l’action bénévole at the Centre d’Action Bénévole Les Artisans de l’Aide, where responsibilities included developing marketing strategies for volunteer recruitment and creating policies for volunteering. Additional experience includes coordinating activities at the Club des aînés Dollard-des-Ormeaux and working in various recreational and program development roles at organizations such as Groupe Sélection and Kennebecasis Valley Community Caring for Children. Jessica T. holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Art Education from Concordia University and a DCS in Visual Arts from Dawson College.
