Abdoulaye NDIAYE is a technology engineer specializing in electrical engineering, electronics, and communications, with a degree obtained from CEDT Senegal-Inde and ISTI between 2015 and 2020. Abdoulaye has held various positions in the energy sector, including current responsibilities in maintenance at Les Grands Moulins de Dakar since July 2023.
