Umberto Sorrentino is an experienced retail professional currently serving as the Head of the Commerce Department at Leroy Merlin since April 2023, where responsibilities include the economic and organizational management of two departments at the highest turnover store in Italy and the development of sales skills within the team. Prior experience includes roles as Store Manager and Junior Store Manager at OVS S.p.A. from June 2021 to March 2023, focusing on economic and administrative management, as well as logistics, and various positions at Adamis Group Italia from January 2016 to January 2019, including Fragrances Consultant. Umberto holds a Master’s degree in Retail Marketing and Management from CUOA Business School and a Laurea in Scienze dell'Economia e della Gestione Aziendale from Università degli Studi di Ferrara, complemented by a classic diploma from Liceo Classico Antonio Pigafetta.
