Jessica Tracey is an accomplished lawyer currently employed at Lerners LLP since January 2021. Prior experience includes serving as Solicitor and Counsel at BC Hydro from May 2017 to January 2021, and positions as Articled Student at Fasken Martineau LLP during a secondment in early 2018 and an Articled Student role at BC Hydro. Jessica has also worked as an Energy and Liquids Legal Intern at TransCanada, where responsibilities included legal research and monitoring legislation. Prior to their legal career, Jessica served as a Sustainability Specialist at Essex Power Corporation, managing sustainability reporting and environmental compliance. Additional early career experiences include a Blight Litigation Intern position with the City of Detroit and various roles in golf operations and fitness instruction. Jessica holds dual Juris Doctor degrees from the University of Detroit Mercy and the University of Windsor, as well as an Honours degree in Environment and Business from the University of Waterloo.
