Nader Zayid is an experienced Scrum Master and Agile Coach with a strong background in facilitating Agile transformations across various organizations. Currently serving as a Sr. Scrum Master at LERETA, LLC since November 2022, Nader coaches multiple Scrum teams and promotes Agility within the organization. Previous roles include Sr. Scrum Master at Nationwide, where Nader successfully coached over 25 professionals, leading to the recognition of a team with the Natalie Award for exceptional delivery and technical excellence. Nader has also contributed to Agile transformations at Z-Summit Solutions and CACI International Inc, as well as held technical positions in software development and SharePoint consultancy at companies like Oracle Cerner Pharmacy and SAIC. Educational qualifications include Bachelor's degrees in Management Information Systems from Strayer University and Business Administration from Marylhurst University.
