Erica White has extensive work experience in human resources and management. Erica started their career as a Program Coordinator at Somerset County Health Department, where they pioneered and implemented a new treatment program and supervised a team. Erica then moved on to Three Lower Counties Community Services, Inc./Chesapeake Mental Health, where they served as a Team Lead, overseeing daily operations and managing staff. Erica then worked as a Human Resources and Management Consultant at United Health Group/OptumHealth Employee Assistance Program (EAP), providing expertise, counseling, and advice on HR program management and process improvement. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Human Resources at Lerch, Early & Brewer.

Erica White obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from Rutgers University between 1995 and 1999. Following that, they pursued a Master of Social Work degree from Fordham University, graduating in the year 2000. No specific field of study is provided for either degree.
