Mark Burton is an experienced consultant at Lerch Bates Inc. since May 2022, previously serving as Repair Superintendent where CMII was increased from 31% to over 50% from 2011 to 2015. Prior roles include Service Superintendent at KONE, Branch Manager at ThyssenKrupp Access, and Manager of Modernization/New Equipment at Amtech San Francisco Elevator. Burton held positions such as Eastern/Western Regional Operations Manager and Senior Account Manager at ThyssenKrupp Elevator and San Francisco Elevator, respectively. Additional experience includes Construction Manager at ThyssenKrupp Elevator and Manager of Vertical Transportation for Gap Incorporated, overseeing contracts for over 200 locations. Burton earned an MS in Manufacturing Management and a BS in Management from Golden Gate University.
