David Maher is an experienced professional in the field of Human Resources, currently serving as the Director of Total Rewards at Leprino Foods since November 2019. In this role, David oversees Employee Benefits, People Analytics, Compensation, Global Mobility, and HRIS. Prior to this, David held the position of Associate Director for Compensation & HRIS at Leprino Foods, managing similar responsibilities. David's prior experience includes roles as Senior Compensation Manager at Kerry, where positions included Compensation Manager for North America and Senior Reward Analyst for both APAC and EMEA regions. Additional experience encompasses a Senior Analyst role at Towers Watson and a Compensation and Benefits Analyst position at Aer Lingus. David holds an MBS in Human Resource Management and a BBS (Hons) in Strategic Management, Human Resource Management, and Industrial Relations from Dublin City University.
