Ntshuxeko Baloyi has extensive experience in water services and process control, currently serving as an Assistance Process Controller at Lepelle Northern Water since October 2018, after completing a stint as a Process Controller Intern. Previous roles include Facilitator/Mentor at Ebony and Ivory Group Holding and Facilitator positions at Bokgantsho Consultants and Event Institute, and Khulanokhe Training and Development. Initial experience in the field involved volunteering as a water process control at Lepelle Northern Water. Ntshuxeko holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Community Water Services and Sanitation from the University of Limpopo, earned between 2011 and 2013.
