Jake Decesare has significant experience in sales and customer service within the gaming industry, currently serving as an Outbound Sales Specialist and previously as a Key Account Manager at LeoVegas Group since March 2021. Prior to this role, Jake worked at Betsson Group as a Payment Specialist from June 2017 to June 2018, and gained foundational experience in customer service as a Customer Services Agent at Betfair from July 2016 to June 2017. Jake holds a degree in Hotel Management from ITS, completed from 2010 to 2013, and received earlier education at Bredon School between 2004 and 2010.
