Hanna K. has extensive experience in key account management and customer retention within the online gaming industry. Currently serving as Director of Key Account Management at LeoVegas Group since July 2016, Hanna has held multiple leadership roles including Retention Director and Head of Key Account Management. Previously, Hanna worked at Betsson Group from June 2010 to July 2016 as VIP Team Manager for both Betsson and Nordicbet. Earlier experience includes a position as Casino VIP Account Manager at Bet365 from December 2008 to June 2010.
