Dokyung Kim has extensive experience in customer support and translation, with a focus on Korean and Japanese languages. Currently serving as an Affiliate Marketing Assistant at LeoVegas Group since October 2021, Dokyung is responsible for coordinating requests between the affiliate and production teams and creating engaging B2B content. Previous roles include providing Korean customer support at Booking.com, where resolutions to customer inquiries were addressed while maintaining strong relationships, as well as several translation positions with incling ltd and Qumin. Dokyung holds a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from Changwon National University, obtained in 2017.
