Kris Harrison is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in systems engineering and innovation, currently serving as Head of Systems Engineering and S3 UK Engineering Innovation Lead at Leonardo since May 2005. In this role, Kris drives engineering advancements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. Previous positions include Head of Lean Engineering and Design for X, Test Engineering Functional Lead, Project Engineering Manager, and Hardware Team Leader, showcasing a diverse background in multi-discipline engineering management and team leadership. Kris began a career at BAE Systems as a Processor Hardware Integration Engineer, where growth from a graduate engineer to a professional engineer was achieved. Kris holds an MSci degree in Physics from the University of Nottingham.
