Lori McCormack, C.P.M, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in subcontract management and procurement. Currently serving as a Senior Subcontracts Manager at Leonardo DRS since July 2015, Lori has a strong track record of leading teams in strategic subcontract creation, capture management, and technical authoring for Department of Defense proposals. Prior to this role, Lori worked at Lockheed Martin for a decade as a Subcontract Manager and Procurement Manager, where responsibilities included supplier management, project management, and compliance with government purchasing regulations. Lori's career began at Frisby Aerospace as a Buyer, focusing on sourcing for manufacturing and engineering components. Lori holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from High Point University.
