Isaac Assor is a dedicated cantorial intern at the Leo Baeck Education Center and a cantorial volunteer at P’ninat Shloshet Ha’avot Assisted Living Home, actively co-leading services and programming activities since 2018. With extensive experience in music education, Isaac has served as a music teacher and previously held roles as a cantorial soloist in various congregations, including Temple Sholom, where new liturgical music was composed. Additional experience includes positions in media planning and publishing operations, showcasing a versatile skill set. Isaac has completed advanced studies at Hebrew Union College and Eastman School of Music, earning degrees in Cantorial Ordination and Masters in Sacred Music, alongside a Bachelor of Arts from Columbia University.
