The Leadership Team at LEO Academy Trust is responsible for setting the strategic direction and ensuring the consistent and effective operation of the Trust’s nine primary academies. This team, comprising the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and School Principals, collaborates to drive system-wide improvements, align resources, and make decisions in the best interest of the pupils. Their focus is on achieving excellent educational outcomes, fostering a supportive community, and developing confident, independent learners prepared to become active global citizens.
