Eric Bonfadini is an accomplished quality management professional with extensive experience in the medical device industry. Currently serving as Associate Director of Quality at LENZ Therapeutics since May 2024, Eric provides backup to the VP of Quality. Prior to this role, Eric worked at Glaukos Corporation from July 2017 to May 2024, where responsibilities included managing global commercial quality operations as Senior Manager, overseeing a team of 40 personnel, and handling various quality processes as both a Quality Operations Manager and Supervisor of Quality Assurance. Eric's career began at Camtech Corporation from May 2014 to July 2017 as a Quality Engineer and Lead CMM Programmer, specializing in medical devices, aerospace, and industrial products. Eric holds a Master’s degree in Materials and Manufacturing Engineering from UC Irvine and a Bachelor’s degree in Physics from Allegheny College.
