Malena DuBois is currently serving as the Administrative Kitchen Manager at Lenox Hill Neighborhood House. Prior to this role, Malena held positions such as Pastry Supervisor at Van Leeuwen Ice Cream and Head Baker at Sugar Freak, where Malena developed recipes and supervised baking operations. Malena also worked as the Head Baker at Gertie’s and as a Baker at Milk Bar. Malena has a background in education from Mills College and Pratt Institute.
