Swati Das is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in talent management, inclusion, and diversity. Currently serving as the India Category & Commercial Segment HR Head and India Lead Compensation at Lenovo, Swati has also contributed as a volunteer at the Wildlife Institute of India. Previous roles include Lead- Inclusion & Diversity at Mahindra Group, Human Resources Manager for Organization Development and Talent & Sales HRBP at GSK, and HR Manager at Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals Ltd. Swati holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from XLRI Jamshedpur and an Engineer¡¯s Degree in Textile Sciences and Engineering from CET, Bhubaneswar.
