Ladislav Baliak currently serves as the Lenovo Service Cloud and New Products Enablement Manager since April 2005, focusing on enhancing Lenovo's competitiveness in the EMEA market through the integration of cloud software solutions. Previously, in the role of Service Sales & Marketing EMEA Senior Manager, Ladislav led initiatives in software sales, presales support, and services lifecycle management, targeting Lenovo sales representatives across the region. Additional experience includes serving as a Sales Director, where Ladislav oversaw sales strategy and team leadership, and a background in IBM Slovakia from 1994 to 2005 in software sales and technical consulting. Ladislav holds a Master’s Degree in Radio and Television from Slovenská technická univerzita v Bratislave.
