Rebecca Weathers Hardin is a seasoned Human Resources professional with a strong background in talent acquisition and HR business partnership. Currently serving as a Human Resources Specialist - Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partner at Lennox since January 2023, Rebecca previously held roles including Graduate Human Resources Intern at Lennox International and Human Resources Assistant at Texas A&M University College of Engineering. Additional experience includes positions as After School Program Staff at Save Our Streets Ministries, Human Resources Intern at Insperity and CapRock Health, and Human Resources Sisterhood Director at Kappa Alpha Theta Fraternity.
