Laurent Segneri is an experienced leader in research and development within the HVAC and refrigeration industry. Currently serving as the Director of R&D & Engineering for Lennox Europe Middle East & Africa since February 2021, Laurent oversees a team of over 45 members and manages the development and launch of products tailored for the EMEA market. Prior to this role, Laurent spent nearly 20 years at Danfoss Commercial Compressors, progressing from Project Manager to Senior Director of the Global Project Management Office, where responsibilities included managing a diverse product portfolio and leading a global team of product managers. Early career experiences included a position as Quality Manager at Neuman Aluminium Industries. Laurent holds an Executive MBA from emlyon business school and a Master of Science in Mechanical and Production Engineering from Ecole Nationale d'Ingénieurs de Tarbes.
