Jabaraj Sam Francis is the Head Business Partner of the HR Group at Lennox India Technology Centre, where responsibilities include leading talent acquisition and learning and development initiatives since February 2012. Prior to this role, Jabaraj worked as a Recruiter in the Engineering division at Adecco Group from July 2011 to February 2012, specializing in engineering recruitment for the automobile industry. Jabaraj began a career as a Mechanical Engineer at IL&FS Engineering and Construction Company Limited from August 2008 to May 2011. Jabaraj holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Karunya Institute of Technology and Sciences (2004-2008) and a Master of Business Administration in Operations Management from Sikkim Manipal University (2010-2012). Education was completed at St Patricks Anglo Indian School, earning a Higher Secondary degree in Mathematics and Computer Science (2000-2004).
