Heidi Trotter is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in property management and sales. Currently serving as a New Home Sales Consultant at Lennar since January 2024, Trotter previously held the position of Regional Director at Dayrise Residential, LLC from November 2021 to January 2024. Prior roles include Regional Manager at Redwood Capital Group LLC, where operations of a portfolio of Class A+ properties were directed across Georgia, North Carolina, and Florida, and Senior Regional Manager at Trinity Property Consultants, overseeing 13 assets with over 3,700 units. Trotter also served as Regional Director at Madison Apartment Group, managing a portfolio of 3,400 units. Trotter has completed all courses for the ARM and CPM designations through IREM and holds a degree from Georgia State University.
