Brett Schaeffer is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Director of Land Finance at Lennar since August 2024. Prior to this role, Brett held the position of Assistant Vice President of Finance & Underwriting at The Picerne Group from September 2021 to August 2024. Brett's earlier experience includes significant roles at Five Point Holdings, LLC, where responsibilities included Finance Manager and Senior Analyst, contributing to the development of mixed-use master-planned communities in coastal California.
