Mark Maurice has worked in various roles in the telecommunications industry since 2004. Mark began their career as a Telecom Engineer at Nortel Networks in 2004. In 2006, they were a PDH Transmission Planner at Mobinil. From 2007 to 2011, they held the roles of Sales and Key Account Manager and Key Account Manager at Egypro Nigeria. From 2011 to 2012, they were a Business Development Manager and Regional Sales Manager at Mobiserve Holding. From 2012 to 2016, they were an Account Manager at 3S Network Inc. and an Adjunct Professor at Golden Gate University, Edward S. Ageno School of Business. Since 2017, they have been an Adjunct Professor at American Tech and Management University (ATMU), and since 2018 they have been the Founder & CEO of Lenme.

Mark Maurice completed a Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Menofia University between 2002 and 2007. Mark then went on to obtain a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University of Wales in 2011-2013. Finally, they achieved a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Business Administration and Management, General from Golden Gate University between 2016 and 2019.
