Louis Dale currently serves as an Assistant Project Manager at Lendlease, focusing on the BSA team for UK remediation projects since September 2023. Prior to this role, Louis founded and directed Coastal Cad Tech Ltd., providing B2B CAD and 3D visualization services for SMEs in the UK construction sector from February 2021 to July 2023. Louis also gained experience as an Assistant Site Engineer during two placements with Galliford Try, assisting on significant projects such as the £35 million Keadby pumping station upgrade and the £300 million M1 T3 J13-16 Smart Motorways upgrade. An early career in construction began as a Technical Trainee at Hockley & Dawson Consulting Engineers Ltd., where responsibilities included producing construction drawings and assisting with site surveys. Louis holds a Master of Engineering in Civil Engineering from the University of Leeds, completed in 2023, and attended Simon Langton Grammar School for Boys from 2011 to 2018.
