Andrew Chappell is currently the Head of Development for Lendlease in Mountain View and Sunnyvale, Silicon Valley, where they advise Google on the utilization of 500 acres of land and lead a team of over 60 property professionals in delivering three district master plans. They successfully led Lendlease's bid for the largest real estate development venture in the company's history, a 15-year, US $15B master plan for Google's Bay Area landholdings. Previously, Andrew managed large urbanization projects across Australia, the UK, and Europe. They hold a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Sydney and serve as a non-executive director for AusFunds.
