Tom Steer is an experienced underwriting professional with a career spanning several important roles in the mortgage and credit sectors. Since April 2019, Tom has held multiple positions including Underwriting Manager, Underwriting Team Lead, and Mortgage Underwriter at LendInvest. Prior to this, Tom worked as a Mortgage Underwriter at Metro Bank from March 2018 to April 2019, and before that at Close Brothers as a Credit Operations Underwriter from March 2017 to March 2018. Tom's experience also includes working as a Mortgage Underwriter at Step One Finance Limited between February 2015 and March 2017. Tom's educational background includes attendance at Reigate College from 2013 to 2015 and Therfield School from 2008 to 2013.
