Magdalena Flisiak currently serves as the Deputy Director of the Franchise Branch of Lendi in Bydgoszcz since May 2022, while also holding the position of President of the Board at Ritter Eksperci Finansowi since January 2021. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Pedagogy from Kujawsko-Pomorska Szkoła Wyższa w Bydgoszczy, obtained between 2010 and 2012, and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Management from Wyższa Szkoła Kupiecka w Łodzi, completed from 2002 to 2005.
