Charlotte Mutsaerts has an extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Before that, they worked at Luno as the Senior Talent Acquisition & Talent Expansion Lead, contributing to the company's growth and global expansion. Charlotte also has experience as an Inhouse Recruiter at Ohpen, a Senior International Head Hunter at Pod Talent, and a Recruitment Consultant at Robert Walters. Additionally, they have worked in the healthcare sector, including internships as a Behavioral Scientist at Amsta and in research and practices at Königin Elisabeth Herzberge-Evangelic Hospital. Charlotte started their career as an Independent Carer in Health and Private Care at Thuiszorg Comfort. Charlotte Mutsaerts has a diverse education history. Charlotte obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Behavioral Sciences from the University of Groningen, where they studied from 2010 to 2014. Prior to that, they completed their Pre-University Education in Social Sciences at Vrije School de Berkel in Zutphen from 2002 to 2008. In 2008, they received a Cambridge Advanced Certificate in English Language and Literature from the Language Centre Ireland in Dublin. Later, they pursued a Master of Science (MSc) in Behavioral Sciences at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam) from 2014 to 2016, earning a 2:1 classification. Additionally, they have obtained certifications, including the Basisaantekening Diagnostiek & Basisregistratie Orthopedagoog from the Nederlandse vereniging van pedagogen en onderwijskundigen NVO in 2016 and the Techspace - Emerging Leaders Programme from Techspace in 2022.
