They oversee budgeting, ensure compliance with financial regulations, and provide strategic financial guidance to support Lenbrook's mission of delivering high-quality senior living services.

Comprising the President and CEO, CFO and VP Finance, Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Vice President of Community Life, and Chief Operating Officer, this team focuses on maintaining Lenbrook's nationally accredited status and driving continuous improvement in all areas of the Life Plan Community.

Leadership Team

The Customer Relations and Support team at Lenbrook focuses on ensuring the wellbeing and satisfaction of residents. The Patient Care Coordinator oversees healthcare services, the Customer Service Specialist addresses inquiries and resolves concerns, the Residency Counselor assists potential and current residents with transitions and accommodations, and the Chaplain provides spiritual and emotional support. Collectively, they maintain Lenbrook's rigorous standards of excellence and help residents lead fulfilling lives.
