Lissa McNaughton is a board member at Le Moyne College. Lissa was previously a wealth advisor at BST Wealth Management from July 2009 to February 2017. McNaughton has also been a vice president and partner at The Ayco Company, L.P. since February 1986.

Lissa McNaughton received a BS in Chemistry from Le Moyne College, followed by an MBA from William & Mary's Raymond A. Mason School of Business. Lissa then attended the Academy of the Holy Names for high school.
