Leandi Knight (Grimsell) has extensive experience in human resources and talent management across various industries. Currently serving as the Global Operate Resourcing Manager at Lemongrass since May 2021, Leandi oversees resource processes for multiple regions, including EMEA, Americas, and APAC. As the People Director and Founder of The Human Priority Company, work focuses on enhancing organizational culture and employee engagement. Prior roles include Head of Human Development at Printulu, HR Officer at PNet, and Training Officer at ADvTECH Resourcing, showcasing expertise in talent acquisition, training, and performance management. In addition, Leandi has received recognition for contributions to team development and has a background in educational initiatives.
