Santiago Galiñanes has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Santiago started their career as a Cajero at Friends Bariloche in 2015. From there, they worked as a Cadete/Data Entry at Estudio Gonzalo y Asociados from 2016 to 2017. In 2019, Santiago joined Wolffree as a Desarrollador Full Stack, where they developed a new website and maintained the academy section. Later in the same year, they joined Southward Solutions as a Desarrollador de Software de Sistemas, focusing on developing ATM software and a process management tool. In 2020, Santiago moved to Venti, where they worked as a Desarrollador Web Full Stack, contributing to the development and maintenance of an e-commerce platform. Currently, Santiago works at Lemon Cash as a Backend Developer - Crypto Products & Platform Ops, where they are responsible for creating solutions and developing features on a cryptocurrency-based fintech application. Santiago also maintains and creates microservices using various technologies such as Kotlin, Hibernate, MySQL, Node.js, and AWS.

Santiago Galiñanes pursued their education in a range of fields, primarily focusing on informatics and engineering. Santiago began their academic journey in 2015 at the University of Buenos Aires, where they obtained a degree in Ingeniería informática (Computer Engineering) in 2019. Then, in 2022, they enrolled at the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya and is expected to complete their Grado en Ingeniería Informatica (Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering) in 2024.

In addition to their formal education, Santiago Galiñanes also obtained several certifications to enhance their knowledge and skills. Santiago completed courses such as Financial Engineering and Risk Management Part I, Neural Networks and Deep Learning, Computational Neuroscience, Machine Learning, The Brain and Space, and Medical Neuroscience through the online platform Coursera. Furthermore, they obtained the Certificate in Advanced English (CAE) from Cambridge Assessment English in 2013.
