Camila Belén García's work experience starts in 2010 as a Receptionist & Office Assistant at Colhue Huapi S.A. From 2013 to 2015, they worked as a Resource Management Assistant at Oracle. In 2015, they joined Restorando.com as a People Care Analyst until 2016. In the same year, they briefly worked at EXCELENCIA & MANAGEMENT SRL as a Talent Acquisition Analyst. From 2016 to 2021, they held multiple roles at Wolox, including Talent Acquisition IT & People Care Analyst, Head of Talent Acquisition, and People Care Director. Currently, they are working as a Talent Development & People Ops Manager at Lemon Cash starting in 2021.

Camila Belén García completed their education from 2010 to 2017 at the University of Buenos Aires, where they obtained a degree in Business Administration and Management, General, earning the title of "Licenciada en Administración." In 2018, they attended the IAE Business School for a brief period and completed a program called "Lead" in the field of study of Business Leadership.
