Helen Zelman Boniske is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in hardware development and sports operations. Currently serving as a Partner at Lemnos since January 2011, Helen assists hardware founders in navigating the critical early stages of their ventures by providing insights into customer understanding and asset leverage. Prior to this role, Helen worked with the Arizona Diamondbacks from June 2006 to September 2010 in Baseball Operations & Scouting, where responsibilities included data analysis, coding, and player evaluation. Helen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, completed in 2006.
