Natasa Kapov is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and management roles, currently serving as the Head of Customer/Professional Services & Delivery at Lemax since February 2011. In this capacity, Natasa oversees multiple departments, including Implementation, Customer Success, and Customer Care, while also contributing as a board member. Natasa currently holds the position of President at BNI Meridijan, which is recognized as the largest and most successful Croatian BNI group. Additionally, Natasa is an angel investor at Žene i novac, founder of Mentoring Byte, and has been instrumental in initiating the ICT Supergirls project in Croatia. Previous roles include team lead at Chartered Geodetic Office and a GIS and Database Specialist at Garmin. Natasa holds an Executive Master of Business Administration from COTRUGLI Business School and a Master's degree in Geoinformatics from the University of Zagreb.
