Sjoerd Munniksma is an experienced professional in engineering and project management with a focus on production processes and sales support. Currently serving as an Ingenieur productieproces at Lely since April 2022, Sjoerd guides new product developments towards effective and cost-efficient production processes based on Lean principles. Prior experience includes roles as a Sales Support Engineer at Syntegon and Robert Bosch Packaging Technology B.V., where responsibilities encompassed project leadership and the delivery of comprehensive sales packages. Sjoerd also held positions as a Senior Engineer at Akerboom Yacht Equipment, focusing on standardization strategies, and as a Product Manager at Fontijne Grotnes Group, responsible for implementing new product market combinations. Earlier career roles involved project engineering at Kubo Kassenbouw and Logiqs Agro, where Sjoerd led engineering departments and managed machine design and sales engineering. Sjoerd holds a degree in Product Development from De Haagse Hogeschool.
