Eva Leeuwenkamp has extensive experience in procurement and supply management, currently serving as the Manager of Continuous Improvement Procurement & Supply at Lely since June 2011. Key responsibilities include leading a team, developing a Sustainable Procurement Policy, and implementing the CSDDD. Previous positions at Lely include Manager of Purchasing Operations and Coordinator of Buyers, where efforts focused on team development, stakeholder alignment, and optimizing procurement processes. Prior to Lely, Eva worked in various consulting roles at Brunel, Manpower, and Dosign, specializing in IT and engineering recruitment. Eva holds several degrees in procurement and communications and is currently pursuing an Executive program in Sustainability Leadership at TIAS School for Business and Society.
