Andrej Dolenc is an experienced professional in the pharmaceutical industry, currently serving as the Site Quality Head at Lek Pharmaceuticals. Previously, Andrej held the position of Head QA & Release at Lek Pharmaceuticals d.d. in Novartis technical operations, and before that, served as Head Technical Stewardship and Technical Steward – Expert at Lek Pharmaceuticals, a Sandoz company. Andrej also has a background in academia, having worked as an assistant and young researcher at the Faculty of Pharmacy, University of Ljubljana in Slovenia. Andrej holds a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the Faculty of Pharmacy, University of Ljubljana, earned between 1999 and 2005.
