Rose Park currently serves as General Counsel and Vice President, Legal at Leith Wheeler Investment Counsel Ltd. since 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Barrister & Solicitor at the Government of Alberta, Treasury Board & Finance from 2020 to 2022, AVP Legal at Canadian Western Bank from 2017 to 2020, and Counsel at TD from 2013 to 2017. Rose Park also worked as Legal Counsel in Investment Funds at the Ontario Securities Commission from 2011 to 2013 and began a legal career as an Associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP & Affiliates from 2007 to 2011. Education includes a JD in Law from the University of Toronto (2005-2008) and an Hon. B.A. in Criminology, Sociology, and French from the University of Toronto - University of Trinity College (2002-2005).
