Jessica Sedgwick, CMCA, AMS, CCAM, currently serves as the Executive Director of the Golden Rain Foundation since June 2022, leading a $60 million nonprofit organization that manages shared properties and facilities for Leisure World Seal Beach and its 16 Mutual Corporations. Prior to this role, Jessica held the position of General Manager at Professional Community Management from March 2020 to June 2022, overseeing Brookfield Ontario Ranch Association. Additional experience includes serving as General Manager at Associa - Equity Management for K. Hovnanian's Four Seasons Homeowners' Association and as Full-time Manager at FirstService Residential Texas for Harriet Creek Ranch. Earlier career roles include various positions within LBK Management Services, Shea Properties, and Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Jessica holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Italian from UCLA.
