Sinead Horgan is a highly experienced director with a strong background in governance and risk management, currently holding positions as Director at Leighs Construction Ltd, Rakon, FMG (Farmers Mutual Group), the Bank of China, and EcoCentral, where Sinead chairs various audit and risk committees. Sinead also owns and directs Morrison Horgan, a consulting firm focused on succession planning, strategy development, financial optimization, and governance. Additionally, Sinead serves on the Board of Trustees for the Maia Health Foundation as the Head of the Finance Committee. Previous roles include Chair and Independent Director at Taggarts Earthmoving, Chair of the Board of Directors at Apollo Projects, and Managing Partner for the Bank of New Zealand in the Canterbury region. Sinead is a Chartered Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and a Chartered Member of the Institute of Directors in New Zealand.
