Samantha Tursi-Caparco is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project accounting and event management. Currently serving as a Project Accountant for Leidos since January 2023, Samantha transitioned to this role following the acquisition of Gibbs & Cox. In parallel, Samantha has been deployed with the New York Army National Guard as an E-5 SGT in the 25U Signal role since June 2020, showcasing strong technical skills in communications support. Previous roles include Director of Special Events at the Muscular Dystrophy Association, Associate Director of Special Events at The Berman Group, and various management positions across sectors including retail and publishing, highlighting expertise in event production, operations management, and fundraising strategy. Samantha holds a Master's degree in Communication Arts, Marketing from the New York Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Business Merchandising Management from the Fashion Institute of Technology.
