Bethanni Egolinsky has extensive experience in project and resource management, currently serving as a Technical Resource Manager and Portfolio Resource Manager at Leidos since June 2020. Previous positions include Director of Programs at H2L Solutions Inc. and Professional Trainer at genWHY Communication Strategies. Prior to these roles, Bethanni held positions at Lockheed Martin, Boeing Defense, Space & Security, and Boeing, specializing in cost volume leadership, estimating, and business operations analysis. Early career roles include Store Manager and Assistant Manager at Finish Line, as well as Trading Intern at BlueCreek Investment Partners. Bethanni holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from The University of Alabama in Huntsville, completed in 2016.
