Siebe Swart is a specialist in geriatric medicine and palliative care with extensive experience in both clinical practice and education. Currently serving as a specialist ouderengeneeskunde-docent at Leiden University Medical Center, Siebe Swart also provides supervision and mentorship in public health and primary care. Previous roles include specialist ouderengeneeskunde at Salios and kaderarts palliatieve zorg at Swinhove Groep.
