Jos van der Kaa has a background in Zoology with a degree as an Ingenieur. Jos has held various roles in research analysis at companies like Pharming and Organon. Currently, at Leiden University Medical Center, Jos serves as an Operationeel Manager overseeing daily operations and coaching team leaders to achieve objectives. Prior to this, Jos gained experience as a Teamleider coordinating units within a department.
