Terri Mitchinson has extensive experience in learning and development within law enforcement agencies, currently serving as the Head of Learning and Development at Derbyshire Constabulary since October 2019. Prior to this role, Terri has held multiple positions at Leicestershire Police since April 2013, including L&D Delivery Manager for EMCHRS L&D and Regional L&D Business Partner for Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire. Terri also served as Regional ICT Training Manager during tenure at Leicestershire Police. Earlier in the career, Terri worked at Lincolnshire Police from August 1991 to September 2012 as the L&D Business Manager.
